Lisa joined Stonehill in 2008 as Finance & Administration Manager. Prior to her association with Stonehill, Lisa served as the Accountant / Controller in commercial and residential real estate and new construction settings.

Lisa continues to work as a Consultant for Stonehill Financial.

• Conducted all accounting-related tasks for residential and  commercial real estate divisions; reconciled inter-company accounts
• Recorded, classified, and summarized company-wide real estate transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Created and interpreted financial statements; initiated and posted real estate journal entries
• Compiled budget data and documents based on estimated  revenues, expenses and previous budgets
• Invoiced agents, processed commissions for agents and cooperating brokers
• Assisted with year-end audit and providing information to external auditors and corporate as requested
• Implemented spreadsheet application to track sales volume and percentages, commissions, and expenses for top-producing group
• Created and managed database of investment property inventory; calculated financial ratios to determine solvency of property investments
